Happy Birthday Mariah - 9!!!

 Mariah turned 9 this year! Another low key family party - is anyone sensing a trend in birthdays at my house this year? We ate yummy cupcakes from Scratch (the local cupcake shop) and played some birthday games. I didn't get pictures, but we do have video. I'm just too lazy to get it to post because it has been giving me trouble. Mariah is a great helper with her little sisters and is doing well in school. She loves playing the piano and doing art.
For her birthday her friend, Marilee, sent her this Best Friends necklace. Marilee moved away last year, just as they were becoming the best of friends. It is so good to have friends, even if they are far away.
