Labor Day Fun

For Labor day we decided to go to the pinnacles and do some hiking. We had heard about the area before, but haven't made it over. I will say the hike was nice, but never go hiking and be the first ones on the trail. There were spider webs everywhere. It felt like you had spiders crawling all over. After the first few feet I gave Matt an ultimatum - You go first, or I go home! Needless to say he braved the spiders and we had a good time.

Did I mention that it was humid that day?There were frogs all over in the water. We had a good time watching them hop away from us.This is Matt's "short cut". Needless to say we hiked out the way we hiked in, but we had fun exploring and nearly falling in the water. Our fearless leader.
