Apple Picking

Last weekend, while I was at a "Relief Society meeting" for church, Matt took the girls to do some apple picking at an Orchard owned by the university. It ended up being a 40 minute drive to let my girls climb in trees and eat apples off the ground. Needless to say, they came home with a bag of apples and a lot of good memories. Mariah even wrote a story about it is school this week.
I had to post these pictures. This is Matt's attempt at a family photo. In his defense, he is normally awesome at taking photos of himself, but the children don't hold still long enough to get a good picture. What impressed me is that they look like they are having a good time, even on the fifth picture! What we did with our apples - Carmel apples for Family Home Evening. It was our first time making them-yummy! Why haven't we done this before?

What a fun activity! I'm impressed Matt will take pictures. I guess Derek would too if I wasn't hogging the camera all the time! I love how happy your girls look all the time!
