It was a nice day. I liked having Christmas on a Sunday. We opened presents, got ready for church and went to a care center to visit a member of our ward before church. We had some friends over, the Shamrell's, for dinner that evening. Thy were celebrating having a new baby home from the hospital that day. What a great Christmas present!!!
I finally broke down and bought two pillow pets this year for Ruth and Lindsay. After a year of begging, it was the least I could do.
Cora Loved Christmas this year. She was all over the gift opening.
The Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls that my Mom and Grandma made for my girls this year. Lindsay loves to play with them and even calls Raggedy Ann her sister. We also received the Raggedy dolls that I had as a little girl that my Grandma had made for me. It was a wonderful surprise. Thanks MOM!!!
The only two girls who would let us take their pictures in their church dresses.
