Mariah's Baptism

What a great day. We are so proud of Mariah and her decision to be baptized. I remember shortly after arriving in Missouri (Mariah was three), she attended the baptism of a girl in our ward. She came home saying she wanted to be baptized, but that she wouldn't go under the water. A lot has changed since that day and many swim lessons later there was absolutely no fear for Mariah. Grandma and Grandpa Webb came from Oregon to be here. A HUGE thanks to Grandma Johnson for making the dress Mariah was baptized in. With three girls left to go - the dress will get a lot of use. One funny thing that happened was at the great to be 8 fireside that our ward held. Mariah was the only child there and so the mission leader was asking her about what kind of language she should use at school to set a good example - her response... English.

ps - my computer went crazy and I lost the photos that grandma took. hopefully they will arrive soon and I will post some better pictures.
