When Matt told me yesterday that it was about 60 degrees, overcast and a really windy in San Diego, I was a little more than pleased. It gave me a reason to be happy about being in Missouri and not walking the beach with him in Sunny CA. The girls and I took advantage of the nice weather here and headed to the park for a picnic dinner and play time. It was really great to not have any dishes to do and the kids were worn out. Only two more days and Matt will be back. Yea!

Yes, who needs a vacation to one of the best places in Cali? Way to stay positive. Who thought math people were so mobile? I like the tunnel pic. So cute.
Great pictures! I wish it were as nice here as in Missouri, but I also feel a secret delight that it isn't nice in California, either.
Thanks for letting us be part of your week without a hubby! I don't think we got much of a chance to commiserate though! You definitely lightened my spirits!
